How This Best Bat Review Stuff Works

Best Bats

Over the years we have written several ‘best bats’ articles. They are our most visited pages as people look for ideas on where to start looking. This page serves as the mecca of those writings. We link the updated versions of Best Bats in the articles on this page. It is updated it often.

As you will find, we use the word ‘best’ rather liberally in the below articles and titles. We note in most of these how hitting is often much more an art than a science. That is, the best bat for one player may not be for another despite any objective measurements we can report in our bat review sections. The reasons might be as defensible as performance along the length of the barrel or as superficial as a certain paint job and grip feel. We are the first to admit both are real differences and, as such, can make a world of difference.

How This Works For Just Bat Reviews

Best Bats

In large measure, this is a hobby for us. Several years ago we started keeping track of bat information we gathered—as to note the differences between new models—and noticed our traffic picked up from other parents and players wanting the same information. So, we kept on writing.

Since then it’s been a wild ride. We have written over 300 bat review articles and a numbe of other, sometimes helpful information. We try and make it worth some of our time from ads we put on the site. We also make money from affiliate marketing—where vendors pay us the smallest amounts when you click to their site from ours and buy.

We don’t sell bats and are not affiliated with any particular manufacturer. That objectivity, we hope, allows us liberty in claiming what we find to be worth our own money as we scour the internet for bats. Mot of the deals you can find on our best bat deals section.
